I put the address in English and then the country in Chinese... so as long as it gets to the US, it should be fine. It usually takes about 10 days to get there by airmail, but this year during the Christmas season, it's taken more than 15!

Hi Daniel, so funny story, we actually had your blog bookmarked from last year when we were thinking about where we wanted to teach in China. We liked your posts, and they inspired us that Tianjin wouldn't be so bad, so I bookmarked your blog for future reading on TJ. Interesting...my go-to formula for the rice cooker is one cup water to one cup rice. Maybe it varies depending on the rice cooker? Anyway, nice to meet you tonight...nice blog!:)
